C'mon baby!

Anyone have any suggestions for ways to get things moving and quick?? I was "a good 3 cm" dialated on Tuesday at my Dr. appt. I have been having contractions off and on but not timeable. DH has to go to a meeting for work tomorrow 2 hours away UNLESS I am already in labor tonight or tomorrow morning. I am so worried that my water will break tomorrow while he is in the meeting and wont make it back in time for the birth. DD's delivery was rather quick and I just don't want him to miss this one. Any thoughts?
