Back pain and shortness of breath (FTM)

I am not a complainer but my back has been killing me since Sunday night and today I am having alot of trouble catching my breath/taking deep breath, I used my inhaler (I don't have asthma just sports induced) and it seem to help a little but it only relives it for like an hr or so, I am never one to call the doctor because I hate complain. is this something I should worry about or normal pregnancy stuff, I am a FTM
