Cancelled 2 mo shot appt.question

Because of the weather, my DD's ped's office closed cancelling her appointment for her 2 month shots.  When I called the appt line to rescedule, the earliest they could see her is Feb 10th, 3 weeks away,  Does anyone know if this will affect her 4 month shots because she is getting her 2 month shots 3 weeks late?  Or do I just get the 4 month shots 3 weeks late, too?
