New Moms - What gift would you like?

My girlfriends and I are buying for a friend who is getting ready to have a baby.  She's not really a girly girl, so make-up and such wouldn't really make sense.

She's living in the states but her family lives in Europe.  She's really here by herself.  The father is young, and sounds like he won't really be in the picture much, but his family is supportive and sounds excited about the baby.

We were going to get her the miracle blanket for the baby, but what should we get her?  Something in the $30-40 range.
