Tickling ribs and twitching

I've been feeling tickling on my ribs since 16 weeks now. It's a weird type of tickling. My ribs feel like they go numb like when you hit the funny bone on your elbow. Now I feel a twitching type of seizure feeling and when I touch the area that's twitching right underneath my ribs it subsides but then it comes back. It's really u comfortable and I'm worried that my baby is not doing well. He moves constantly every two hours and everything is always normal when I go to the Dr. I should mention that I'm 23 weeks now.
