Strange feel?!?

Ok, here is a new one.... I looked it up today to see if I could find out what it might be on my own and found nothing.  Just below my breast in the space between where the ribs meet I have been getting this weird vibrating/ tingling feeling?  Felt it the first time yesterday and a few times today... no other symptoms (other than the normal lovely ones) or difficulties... if it keeps up I will call my doc, but was wondering if anyone else has felt anything like it?  It's just so strange...
