MIL fell asleep while holding LO!!!

my mil has fallen asleep while rocking lo to sleep. i have told her over and over if she is sleepy just put lo on the boppy. my husband has also witnessed my mil fall asleep while rocking lo to sleep. we are suppose to take a day trip to San Diego on saturday and my mil is supposed to babysit from 9-4. knowing that she has knodded off before while holding lo i do not want her to babysit for the whole day. btw my mother in law's boobs are HUGE and my lo's face is so tiny she is only 2 months so i am so scared she will sufficate my daughter as she sleeps. advice???? am i overreacting???? FTM btw.
