I need some ideas, I only have like 20mins spurts through out the day while DD sleeps sometimes not even a full 20mins. and 90% of the time shes sleeping i'm taking care of household chores. I really want to get in some sort of exercise in during the days but dont know how to incorporate it into my new life as a mom.
What exercises do you do or do with baby ? have you seen any results from what you do?
