Freezer meals?

Has anyone made or prepared a few meals and frozen them for when baby is tiny and you have no energy or desire to cook? I would like to make just a few things to freeze. Any ideas/suggestions or good websites to check out? I am no Martha Stewart so quick and easy is best. LOL Baby is due Feb 8... feels like I'm running out of time.

I know this topic was posted before but I have misplaced the information that was on there.
