LO vomits when given a bottle

DD is EBF. I am going back to work in a few weeks, so I'm trying to pump and get her used to taking a bottle.

But it seems like almost every time we give her one, she ends up vomiting it back up. I have tried several types of bottles, and we have had the most luck with Born Free (slow flow), but she vomited again this morning. She never, ever vomits or even spits up when I nurse her.

I feel so badly! She'll have to take bottles at daycare, but I worry she'll vomit every time someone tries to give her a bottle. Any insight or suggestions??
