nap time for those LO's sleeping through the night?

Just wondering how much does your Lo sleep during the day if their sleeping more than 6 hours at night? I don't want LO to get overtired so I watch for the sleepy cues. His usual day routine is feed, play nap...repeat...

we only get about 3 hours at a time during the night.
