Anyone's LO's hands always freezing cold??

DD's hands seem to always be ice cold! Her skin color is ok and her head and footsies are nice and warm but those little tiny hands... my gosh it freaks me out and idk what to do about it?? We have those onsies with the fold over mitts and also normal scratch mitts but she loves her hands so much... she plays with them and stares at them and sucks on them and HATES having them all cooped up now! I try to tuck them into her blanket when she's in her swing but even if she doesn't manage to get them free, they are still chilly. Anyone else seeing this with LOs?
