Braxton Hicks?

Seems to be a theme tonight. The other day I had horrible cramps but it felt like it was more gas pains... I got super flushed and had to walk slowly... just felt like I was SUPER bloated and in a lot of pain. After reading some other posts about contractions and it sounds like it is possible that this was Braxton Hicks? It came on quickly and lasted about an hour or so and I thought nothing of it at the time, but wondering if I should pay attention to that a bit more in the future....
