males touching your belly??

So today at work a male co-worker touched my belly.  I was surprised and didn't know how to react.  People have been very good about not touching my belly so this was definitely a surprise.  I thought it was weird to have a MALE touch my belly.  He is a nice co-worker, not creepy or anything but still thought it was weird. 

Someone suggested I swat his hand away but I thought that would be rude.  How would you handle the situation or what would you do?? Not really sure how to handle it or what but I should say to him.  I would prefer to not have my belly touched, but it wasn't "terrible" it's just weird to have a guy touching me.
