is my blood pressure high ???

I am 6 months pregnant my blood pressure is 137/92 sitting... pulse 127  i have a history of preclampsia/  toxcemia with my first child, he was emergency c-section... he is 6 1/2 now.  i was wondering what is considered high enough bp to go be checked after hours?    my average bp has been low 120's/ low 70's   pulse in the mid 90's
