Abdominal pain 3 months post?

Ok my husband and I have yet to have pp sex. I am terrified.

The other day he lied on me and my abdomen hurt like you would not believe. It took my breath away. It wasn't the incision (seems to have healed wonderfully) it seemed to be deeper inside...? It feels the same way when my toddler elbows me there or leans on me.

Thoughts?  I don't remember this from my first c-section!

I really don't want it to feel like I'm a virgin again and I am scared of that too! What if we just can't get it in??? I was on bedrest for 1/2 my pregnancy so we've been without for a LONG time....
