Please share your Positive Induction Stories Please

I so far have made no progress at all - cervix is still high and closed - no dilation and baby has not dropped - they are going to induce me on the 24th - starting with cervideil to soften my cervix and then moving to pitocin - I am just scared I am going to be in labor for days because I have made no progress on my own and could use the encouragement of some positive induction stories if you would not mind sharing with me - TIA!!!
