Pounding Headaches :(

I experienced headaches like these with my first pregnancy. Iv just entered my second trimester  and these headaches started on Saturday past. I got one this morning after being up for about an hour. It got so bad that i had to go to bed for an hour (and i NEVER go to bed, even when i am sick). Im not a worrier, but i called my Dr. to see if I could take Tylenol or something and he said yeah that was fine... he said its most likley stress/tension...hunger/dehyrdration, but i dont feel stressed, and its definately not hunger or dehydration as I love my food and Im like a camel, i drink 2+ litres a day of water...

Im just wondering if any of you guys on here suffer/suffered from headaches throughout your pregnancies???

 

One more question..as I am a newbie, alot of terms that I see some people using I am completely lost. Where can I or how do I become in the loop of these terms?
