when should i start setting up the room for the baby

i am 30 weeks pregnant  and i have been dieing to start setting up my room for the baby is it to early to do this my husband says we should wait longer so the stuff dont get all dusty but then again you never know when you will go into labor should i start setting up and getting everything organized or should i wait a little bit long
