January 2012 in Babies: 0 - 3 Months

DS hasn't pooped since Friday. He's eating and peeing like a champ but no poop. I called the pedi this morning and they said if he doesn't poop in the next 48 hrs to call them again. He's gassy, smelly farts which makes me think he's just about there but it's just not happening. Anyone else going thru this? Any advice?
