Blood pressure q?

I have had perfect. Loos pressure my whole life, I went in for a appointment a week ago today and it was perfect and then today at my appointment it has gone way up in just one week. If this doesnt improve or gets worse what can my doctors do? I am only 22 weeks right now, any advice?
