I am not having a shower for this LO since it is my second. However, there are one or two big ticket items I'd like to get (a second monitor, clothes if it's a girl, and of course diapers).

Would I be lamesauce if I made a registry at BRU or Target with no intention of sharing it with anyone just to get the discount after LO gets here?

It's not that big of a discount (10% 15%??) so if you say I'm lame I totally won't do it.
