Crib help! Baby Mod Modena

Hello fellow mommies-to-be

I think I have finally found the crib yay but I have two concerns. Can you guys help me?

First concern is height. Modern cribs are going to be on the shorter side. Does a crib that only stands 35 inches tall seem to get lost in a room and I am 5'8 will that height be to short for me? Product in Inches (L x W x H): 53.875 x 29.75 x 35.0

The second one is color. I am looking at the Baby Mod Modena in Navy and just love the first picture on the Wal-Mart website. (see below) it looks like more of a grey-ish blue. But then when I scroll through the rest of the pictures the last picture is a true Navy. Once you bought the bed and put it together how did the color look? Were you happy with the color?
