Feedings - Help!

Hello! I need some advice!

Max is 4 weeks and is FF. He seems to be hungry all of the time. He sleeps in 1.5 to 2 hour intervals during the day so he eats 3 oz. about every 2 hours. I increased his bottle to 4 oz. last week but he rarely finishes it. For the past two days he has been super fussy. He'll eat his 3 oz. and then want 1 or 2 oz. about an hour later. I've also noticed that he has been sleeping more than usual and when he's awake he is FUSSY!!

Is this normal? I'm just concerned since other 4 weekers on here are going 3-4 hours between feeds. TIA:)
