XP: Work at home moms

Background history before the questions...

I am a FTM to a wonderful 2 month old, but I have been having issues about going back to my old job. I have worked at the local IHOP (I know, a glorious job...) for just over a year now and my position is guaranteed for my return. BUT... DH has had a lot of trouble adjusting to DS and I am trying to find a way to work from home.

1. Where do I even begin looking? Are there legit websites I am missing?

2. Do I sacrifice the extra spending money to be home with DS so DH can work outside the home more? If so, how do I cope with that, knowing DH can't handle it on his own?

3. Am I wrong to try this?
