Right sided pain..

Hello everyone,

last night i woke up around 3am and had to use the washroom. As soon as i stood up i got a stabbing pain radiating from my right sided back to my rib region. I have not had an easy time passing gas and *tmi* i have not had a bowel movement in a couple of days.This pain was so severe that i was almost throwing up.It went away when i found a comfortable sleeping position. It still feels slightly crampy but its not nearly as painful as it was last night. I am wondering if this is just severe gas/bloating or if its something worse.

Baby is okay, i used my doppler and found a strong heart beat.

 

Anyone else ever experience this?
