going back to work...FTM

January 2012 in Babies: 0 - 3 Months

I have to go back to work on the 23rd, and I am afraid that the babysitter I am leaving my baby with will just let her cry it out when shes not wet, or hungry. I usually pick her up, and hold her and love on her. I dont want her to suffer, but she hates being in her bouncer too long. How can I help her make a better transition to the baby sitter once I go back to work? help! FTM
