would you call the doctor for this?

2 weeks ago I was pretty sure I had a UTI. I got those at home test strips and thought they came out positive, but the directions and the color chart was kinda funky. I called my OB first thing Jan 2 and they were closed for New Year's but talked to the on-call doctor, and he prescribed an antibiotic.

I took that for a full week and within 1 day was feeling better. Today I have noticed it feels like I ALWAYS have to pee, and when I do go, it's only a tiny bit at a time, but it is often. With what I had 2 weeks ago, I had more symptoms: a backache, abdominal aches, etc.

Would you call the doctor again tomorrow for this? It's just so tricky to know because you have to pee often being pregnant anyway.
