feeling baby and having a titled uterus

with dd - i really didnt think about it but with this pregnancy, i guess i know a bit more?! i was wondering when mothers who have titled uterus like me has felt their babies?? im wondering if im feeling flutters - im 13 and half weeks now but im also not sure if this is gas as with dd i finally felt confident at approximately 18 weeks.. tia
