Talk to me about rnp transition

Lo has even sleeping in cosleeper for 4 weeks. However she tosses and turns and moans and grunts all night long. Last night I tried the rnp for nighttime and she slept way more soundly and for longer stretches. I would love to keep using ths but am worried about transitioning her to crib when the time comes. Any advice or opinions? Thanks.
