Whale of a Tub under $9

I already got mine but I am shopping the Amazon Warehouse for discounts on baby and nonbaby stuff and I came across the Whale of a Tub. It is under 9 bucks. The reason why it is called used is because someone returned it. But it actually new. Great deal! I don't know if there really is just one available or if they just put up one ad for all that they have. Also you can return if it it's not up to par.
