When do they start STTN?

I know every baby is different, but when on average do babies start sleeping through the night? LO is BF so I know that might take him a little longer, but the major sleep deprivation is starting to get to me and I just wonder how long will it be until I get a decent night's sleep. Sometimes it feels like this phase will last forever, and I just need some reassurance that it won't and eventually we will sleep again.
