Crying all night - I don't know what to do

Normally my baby isnt too bad of a sleeper. He gets up about twice a night to eat, but this week has been so rough. Monday night and Tuesday night he was so fussy and was having reflux so I bought him a Rock and Play. He did great in it Wednesday night and for the most part of Thursday night, but tonight he has been crying and fussing all night. He sleeps for about 15 minutes and then starts crying and fussing. I have no idea what is wrong. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? What should I do?
