2 Month Old Catnapper

I have been looking for advice about helping DS stop catnapping during the day and still haven't found anything that works!! Does anyone have any ideas??

He sleeps pretty great during the night, from about 9-9 right now, only getting up once about 2 or 3 AM for a feeding. The problem is during the day he will only sleep for 30 min usually. Once in a while he will take a really great nap, but its never consistent. At night we have a routine that helps him get to sleep with a bath, massage, bottle, swaddle, rocking and lullabies, but I don't know how much, if any, I should recreate during daytime naps because I don't want to mess up his night sleeping either. When he does get sleepy, I give him his paci and bounce him a little in my arms on an exercise ball, which works to get him to sleep, but he just wakes up 30 minutes after I put him in his PNP.

Any good suggestions??
