Growth spurt or....?

Anyone else's LO go through a growth spurt during week 5? This week, LO has been so fussy and wiggly and eating a ton, not wanting to nap and crying ALOT more than usual. That is until this morning, she is 6 weeks today. She fell asleep for a good 2 hour nap after eating way less than she has been. Then after waking up from that nap, ate 2 oz less than usual and has been asleep for like an hour and a half.....haven't seen this behavior since like week 3. Anyone else have a huge growth spurt around week 5?
