What time is bedtime?

We still have DD #1 on the same basic bedtime routine as when she was an infant, but I can't remember what time we started putting her to bed at this age.  Up to now we've just been putting the baby to sleep when we have the time to devote to her after DD#1 goes to bed but we want to start getting her into a routine. 

What time does LO go to sleep for the night?

Where does LO sleep?

How long / what time do they wake for feedings?

What time do they wake in the morning?

Do you swaddle?

Any bedtime routine recommendations?

Those are a lot of questions, but they would help me get something started.  Thanks for any replies!!
