Major clogged duct problem *please help*

My left breast feels like a rock and I can feel 6-8 large lumps in it.  I've been massaging it and put a warm compress on it.  i don't know what else to do but it is starting to hurt very badly.  I will be calling the doctor in the morning.  Does anyone out there have any other ideas on how to get these clogs out?
