For V Day, I shall get DH double Ds

So, I'm wondering, when I go to the DR this month and they ask, "gee, how come you gained 4 lbs?" Can I ask them to weigh my "girls" separately??  I won't complain about them because I've always wanted to be blessed on that front.... Is going up 2 cup sizes in 6 weeks normal?  Does this mean I'm going to be like an F when it comes time for my LO to arrive?  At what point do I say goodbye to my cute VS collection??
