flat head?

Since it's recommended for LO to lie on his back that's what we do, although he usually turns his head to the side while sleeping. We also do tummy time, but not for long since he hates it. However, I'm starting to notice his head is getting flat in back...any advice on what can be done without putting him in harms way? I'm pretty paranoid I guess.
