really disappointed

I went to the breastfeeding clinic today for an appt to see how LO is doing with feeding. I've been a bit worried since she has had wet pee diapers, but no poopy ones for 2 days.  The nurse was worried.  So I went into another room where I showed her how I breastfeed and to see if there was enough milk.  I might be one of those women who doesn't produce enough.  I'm disappointed.  Now DH has run off to buy a pump to see if that helps.  And the nurse told me to feed her 40 ml of formula tonight along with anything I can pump. We'll see how it goes. 

The nurse also thinks that the fact I didn't have sensitive, engorged breasts makes her think that my infertility past (lack of some hormones) has something to do with it as well.
