What do you put on your baby's dry skin?

On her body we just use Johnson's Baby Lotion, but across her brow she's got some intense dry skin. I haven't put anything on it yet in fear of her breaking out or it being too extreme for her face. What do you guys do? especially in reference to your baby's face. She's 5.5 weeks old, if that makes any difference.
