Sore labia postpartum??

I have noticed that it actually aches....not like a wound. It feels a little better with Ibuprofen but today we went out for a few hours and it actually hurt so bad I felt like I needed to sit down. Anyone experience this or know what it could be? My tear is healed at 10 days so I am clueless as to why the pain....
