Terrible headaches?

Tomorrow I will be 15 weeks but for some reason the last week I've been having really bad headaches. I have an appointment on Friday so I was going to bring it up to my doctor then but I figured I'd ask you ladies if you have experienced this? Tylenol does nothing and I don't even like to take it anyway... did anyone else have this problem? I'm trying to eat healthy and I'm not drinking caffeine or lots of sugar... I was looking forward to my 2nd trimester because they told me I'd feel better then my first but this is not a great beginning.
