Glucose Test and PCOS?

I have my gluclose test coming up in a couple of weeks, and I know that women with PCOS has an increased risk for gestational diabetes. So that makes me kind of nervous. I've been trying really hard to keep my weight gain down and watching what I'm eating. I know gestational diabetes isn't the end of the world, but I don't want it either.

Has anyone with PCOS actually passed the glucose test?
