for those who pump

how many times a day do u pump and how long does each session last?

for me its 3-4 pump sessions per day, each averages 20 min, and its from both breasts simultaneously. i currently get about 24 oz daily with exclusive pumping and bottle feeding. wondering, what changes would i have to make in order to increase my supply as baby grows?
