Bjorn bouncer - is it as awesome as it looks?

My aunt just emailed me saying she sent me this bouncer. It looks cool but she went off-registry of course and I appreciate it but how long can you use it? It says 24 months but will a 2 year old really stay in this thing? I am trying to figure out if I can exchange it without her knowing, lol. If it is awesome, please tell me why.
