Horrific Itching..

I posted about this before but notice it has gotten worse in my second trimester. I can't sleep at night because my skin is so itchy--my arms/legs/back--literally everywhere. And of course I'm a google nut so I find all these things it could be and I'm scaring the heck out of myself. I'm going to ask my doctor when I see him next week..It happens before I even shower..then it's worse afterwards. I use cocoa butter lotion and broke down and took a benadryl the past few nights. Is anyone else having this weird itching? I read it can be dry skin, hormonal changes, etc.
