Diaper Bag Backpacks?

I'm lurking from another board, but thought you may be able to offer some good suggestions.  DH wants his own backpack diaper bag, but I'm having trouble finding any with decent reviews.  Do any of you have recommendations or warnings about specific ones?  I'm considering just going with a regular backpack, but I'm afraid they don't generally have enough compartments to keep things organized so that it would actually be useful.
