appetite @ 3 weeks

My LO is BF.  but it seems like she isnt getting enough.  She eats every hour and i let her nurse until she pulls away.  But yesterday and today she will pull away and ill go to wipe off her face or burp her andshe is crying... and she keeps crying untill she gets another boob. And this will go on for hours.  So last night i gave her a botle of formula and she slept pretty well.  But just now i gave her a bottle of formula again thinking it will help, and she did stpo crying but she is still acting hungry.  

She is only 3 weeks but shes eating 5oz or more almost every hour.... I guess it could be a growth spurt, but now i'm concerned.  

Anyone else have this happen?
