Worried about Cats

I'm 21 weeks pregnant with my first child and am starting to worry about my 2 indoor cats with the new baby. My husband has been changing the litter box, don't worry! 

I'm mostly worried about keeping everything clean. I plan on keeping the bedroom doors closed (which we already do anyways) to keep them from the baby when he is sleeping. However, from cat hair to the possibility of fleas, I am starting to freak out about having time to keep everything as clean as possible. It always seems like no matter how much I clean, the house is dirty in some way instantly! 

 Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
